Free shipping applies only to standard UPS, FedEx Ground service (for smaller fountains) or motor freight/common carrier (for larger fountains).
A Note On Shipping larger Fountains
Motor freight/common carrier (trucking companies) are quite unlike UPS or FedEx in that they deliver it to your house or business however they will not take it into the house or business. They just open the back door of the truck and say here you are. We hate to be blunt but that is the unvarnished reality. That being said it's important to note that additional handling, such as getting large fountain crates up long or difficult entry, up stairs, down stairs, freight elevators, etc. may incur additional charges which are the responsibility of the customer. Lift gate request are extra.
Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous U.S. States
Any orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or any other destinations outside the contiguous U.S. will need to have freight charges calculated after you checkout. One of our sales representatives will contact you with the final shipping costs for your authorization. Tax is charged on all orders shipping to Texas and is clearly noted at the final checkout page.
Shipping Times
Since all of the fountains are hand crafted some may be in stock and others may be in a long production cycle. Most fountains will ship within a 4 to six weeks before shipping.
Returns
Damaged fountains must be reported to 101 Fountains within four days of receipt or sooner. Any crate or box arriving damaged from the freight company/shipper must have any damage clearly spelled out on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. Please call 101 Fountains to arrange a return at the number below.
NOTE: It is very important that any return, damaged or not, MUST be shipped back in its original box/crate. Please save all packing materials, boxes or crates if you are considering returning your purchase.
